Alcohol and Hangover

Guys, often after heavy drinking the aftermath of hangover is very unpleasant. Lets discuss ways to reduce and counter hangover. I heard drinking considerable amounts of water reduces hangover!!

I heard drinking tea or coffee adds to the dehydration. So avoid such beverages. Water and juices can help. The best remedy would be drips.

That doesn't helps at all, more booze is what helps as a matter of fact!

I usually try to drink a few glasses of water before going to bed and that seems to help. There are also hangover pills called "Chaser" that are available now and supposedly work pretty well.

Well, from personal experience what I can tell is that the best way to cure hangovers is to...drink even more after it :) Or well, if you don't want to go that hardcore and are a responsible person, so just go on and take a day off in bed.
