Thai Recipe looking for

I hope someone will know how to make "Poor Man's Noodle" --- it is one of my favorite dishes from a Thai restaurant in downtown Omaha. The dish had big noodles, chicken, onion, carrot, and of course the clear sauce in adjustable heat LOL. I miss this dish and would love to know how to make something like it or at least the sauce.

Oh how I love Thai food, I have never tried cooking it because I believe no one can cook like the thai people themselves....thai food is the nicest food in the world, I hope someone can help you with this....

I really like it too. I just can't go to the extreme on hot. LOL I have to have it a little milder LOL

I am in North Central Indiana now. I lived in Omaha for 10 years ( I love Omaha it is a wonderful city and lots to do there). I also lived in Western Nebraska for a couple of years growing up in Ogallala. About an 1 west of North Platte. Where are you at ? :)

Hi! I'm in Scottsbluff. My maternal grandpa was born in Omaha and raised in Sutherland, and my maternal grandma was born in a sod house near Sutherland! They got married in Kimball! :-) Small world! :-)

If you go to my post on thai receipes, you will see a few good receipes that responded to my post. My husband loves that food. Especially the coconut milk and curry flavor.

I sure wish I could help you out with that but unfortunately I am also looking for the recipe. It is so good too but until then we will have to go out to eat.
