Do you take vitamins daily?

I should be, at least taking calcium, there are so many to choose from and when you listen to all the hype and minerals and reactions and over doses it scares the heck out of me, I think I would consult your doctor he knows more about you than any one else and his/her recommendations would be pretty safe I would think

I would say go for a multivitamin. For example, try ONE A DAY (I think that is what it is called). They have the men's and womens. If you are a female you could also go for Viactiv. It is a chocolate or fruit chew that tastes good and is a mulitvitamin. I hope this helps.

the body normally needs vitamins in so small amounts and regular intake of vitamins is not desirable coz all are present into our normal food but intake of vit only indicated in certain conditions and vitamins do not substitute normal balanced diet

I am not taking one right now, but I know I definitely need too. As you get older things start to change and I am feeling a lot of changes. I am planning on visiting this great little health food store in my neighborhood. I am sure an associate will be able to help me find a product that's just right for me and my needs. I don't know what your feelings are about 'natural health food stores' but what I like is being able to chat with someone that's usually quite knowledgeable about the products and they will let you know the type of feedback they are getting from their customers on some of the items...I hoped this helped some...Good Luck...SS
