Who determines what words are vulgar and what are not?
I never even knew the word piss was a swear word until I was 19...it meant the same to me as being annoyed, or ticked off.
Without actually saying the word (because we wouldn't want to offend) What is the worst swear word and why?

Swear words do not offend me except for one. Gosh darn it is a lighter way of saying it call me a C you Next Tuesday I dont care but you shouldnt say the Lords name in vain
