Are you a smoker, or a non-smoker? I am a non-smoker. I tried smoking a long time ago, but I did not like the taste it left in my mouth.

I was lucky... I smoked for 4 months and just stopped. That was 18 years ago. Every once in a very great while I will get the urge to want to smoke, but I won't. My dad smoked for forty years and went cold turkey. (Can you imagine?) He wanted to start running and tried doing both. It didn't work. He knew he had a choice, either smoke and stop running, or run and stop smoking. He stopped smoking, and has not smoked in about 25 years! I give two thumbs up to anyone who can quit smoking who has been doing it for years. And if anyone is having troulbe, keep on trying. I won't give you a thumbs down.

I DO NOT smoke. I hate it. I was raised with people that smoked in the house and it never bothered me. When I had my baby, I didn't allow it anymore and now it is all I can do to be around it. EEEEWWWW!!!!
