I have been receiving payments into paypal from all the internet money making sources that I use. The credit card that I had with paypal expired. So now when I tried to update credit card information it says some system error crap and this message has been there for last 3 weeks. I have tried contacting them three to four times but they have not given me any positive response or tackled my issue. All they do is ask me to clear my cookies and bla bla. Stupid things that one would expect from a 10th grade student not from customer service representatives of a company owned by ebay. I am lucky that I am in US and can withdraw money directly to my bank. I wonder what wuld ahve happened to me if I were anywhere else because I cant have a debit card, atm card or a new credit card as the address of the expired credit card cant be changed. It is so frustrating. I dotn believ that they cant fix the problem. I think theya re careless and simply dont care feeling pumped up by their monopoly.

I just had to change my credit card info and it actually is very simple. you can contact me and I can help you go step by step.
I DONT want your info. What I will do is respond and give you step by step directions on how to do it. my email is firemansgirl001@yahoo.com. Email me and I will help. If you still have a hard time I will call and help you over the phone if you like. It is an easy step, but it does take doing it step by step.

I am using paypal, but I had not come across any problem. Please review the problem one by one and may be a slightest mistake on your part could be reason for dealy. Paypal will not answer your email, because they do not read emails. Secondly you have to send the mail through their website, not from your email. they do reply the email sent through their email and again you have to replay through paypal web. This is for security reason.

I also think Paypal is not unprofessional. Maybe there is some small mistake on your side. Or maybe you have been the unlucky one

I have never had any problems with paypal thank goodness. I have heard others who were very unimpressed with their customer service. A lot of people left paypal after they were bought out, because their rules changed so much. I use it because I can send money to my son in Germany. I think the people in other countries do not even use paypal. I think it is now mostly US residents so you would think they could be better at their jobs. I hope you get this worked out.

I have had to recently update my credit card info as well but I didnt have any problems at all. I have been a member of paypal for over 3yrs and honestly I have never had a problem with them. It strikes me odd that you would be having a problem.

I have had a big problem with them and agree. I got married and tried to change my name. I mailed in all the info, and they keep telling me a copy of my id is missing, How could it be missing when it was with everytghing else. I sent again, they still say the same thing. finally I just gave up.

Thank you for your information about Paypay, in a situation like this I would get a lawyer to call them for you, sometimes who you know works. Or try some agency like The Better Business Org. or some agency that can give them a little push to get the issue resolved. Of course i do not know if you tried these options, and hope you do not take these ideas the wrong way, because I'am just trying to help. Check this site for more help info

Becareful so that you don't get sued by paypal, ou need to investigate why she is having problem with her account. Have used paypal for years to transact business, never have problem, even when I do have some log-in issues, I called them by phone and their customer service are always available to take your call. Even when they are not available, leave a message and they always call you back

I have been using Paypal for a few years now and I have never come across anything like this before. I have a personal account with them and I accidently changed it into a business account and they let me change it back without any repercussions. I'm sorry that this is happening to you.

I would call their customer support, there is def. a problem there. The customer support on the phone is much more advanced then the ones on the internet through email. I know this, because I have had to email them over disputes etc, and the BEST advice I was given, was from their phone support.
Good luck!
