what kind of exercise do you like?

i like fun exercise. but i need physical exertion, of the sweating. the kind where i can stamp out any anxieties or thoughts that dont have a place in my head...

playing badminton would be my suggestion, you'd be sweating in no time.

I love working out in aerobic center as it is the best way to exert physically and you sweat alot. Besides excercise, you can entertain yourself as you do aerobics with the help of music.

I love basic excercises. I like running, cycling, push ups, frog jumps, dips, and kicking. I love pranayam and meditation also. Meditation is minds excercise and it really works.

I love walking. It's fairly low impact and it's free (can't afford expensive gym memberships). I like to drive around the area where I live and find new areas to walk with nice scenery and walking tracks. That way I have a few different places I can go so I don't get bored with it. There's a particularly hilly area I like to go to when I need to work up a good sweat. Good cardiovascular workout as well :)
