do you use sunscreen lotion or just fairness cream to protect your skin from sun rays?what is the SPF(sun protection factor) of your sunscreen lotion/sunblock?
Some believe that fairness or nourishing cream has sunscreen or sunblock in it,does it really helps in protection?,what is your opinion about this?

i put on lotion every after bath. and my lotion has moisturizers to keep my skin soft and smooth. plus it is with SPF 10. so, i'd feel a little comfortable walking out on the sun. but i still do use umbrella when the sun is too hot.

I don't as much as I should. I have light skin and I know i should use sunscreen all the time.. Shame on me. When I do get a sunburn it either turns into more freckles or just goes away..
