Who is your favorite hockey player?

I've had quite a few but my favorite player of all-time is Mats Sundin. I just love the way he demonstrates leadership on the ice as well as the way he exhibits his talent day in and day out on the ice. He is the model of what an NHL player should be like.

I use to have a favorite player until #99 retired.I was having trouble finding a new one until the NHL went on strike and then,after watching hockey for well over 35 years,I found I did not have the same passion as before.I will still watch it and cheer for the Vancouver Canucks or New Jersey Devils,but I no longer live or die with my team.

I don't have favorite player but my favorite team is Washington capitals.

My favorite hockey player is Stevie Y.. but now that he's the GM.. he 'used' to be my favorite. I don't have another fave yet..and I think it's going to take a long time for me to get one. My fave team is the Montreal Canadiens.. they've been my fave since I can remember, and even though they've really sucked the past.. 13 years or so, I'm loyal, and they're still my favorite team.
