How much do you actually believe of people on mylot

hai i dont really know how much i belive them but what i really want to belive ...and lot of people say that they have got their payment from mylot

I don't believe the national enquirer type posts if the person posts things like that all the time -- I mean if some of these things are true -- why are you here poting on mylot -- you shoule be at the police station filing a report or on jerry springer or something However, how a person writes says a lot to me about their sincerity

It's really hard to tell if a post is a genuine post for help/advice or just a work of imagination to earn some for the responses. As long as we post to these discussions especially if it is asking for help or advice we're in good faith. At least we feel good when we help out, may it be a work of imagination or not. One way or the other, somebody might have the same problem and got some ideas on the posts then that would be indirectly helping others out too.

I can not say that I believe everything that I have read here on mylot, but for most I think that they are honest. What would the point be of lying? Really it does not matter what people think as far as I am concerned. I have been honest with everything that I have spoke about and seem to have gotten some good honest answers too. I may be wrong but that is ok to. Some of the posts however are way out there and really hard to believe that there could even be any truth to them at all. I think that we all know which ones these are.

I guess we cannot really say for sure. In this virtually world anything goes and you cannot check its validity. There are a lot of reason why some people make up stories, the best reason i could give is they do it for the sake of having more points. Creativity and fictional ability of a person to make up stories plays in part too.
