Why does Men can't say "I LOVE YOU" to the one that they loved

They are nervous and frighten to say these words because if incase she ignores or say i dont love,they can't handle this on face that is the reason i feel.

It really depends on the kind of men you are talking about. There are really some men who finds it hard to utter in words how they feel but there are some who are very vocal and showy.

i think alot of the trouble for men saying i love you is the fear of being rejected or laughed at opening up and saying the words i love you for the first time leaves you in a very strange position if you get rejected

it's because compared to girls, men ar less vocal and expressive with what they want and with their feelings. they have this ego, so if they want or feel something for someone, they just hide it for quite sometime because they are afriad that they will be rejected hence losing their battle with their own ego.

i could state a few reasons; it could be they afraid of rejection, they are simply shy or men prefer to do things to show their love and affection, rather than to say it.

I really don't understand this either. My Sweetheart has no problem saying "I Love You" to me. I don't worry about other men saying it, because he is the only one who matters to me. You do have a point though. If a person really loves another person, it should not be hard to say I Love You. I always say it to him too, of course. When one of us says it first, the other always replied "I love you too" and we mean it when we say it.
