Do you wear a watch?

There was just a story on the news that most people under 25 do not wear watches anymore. They rely on their cell phones, blackberries and ipods for the time. I don't have any of those. I wear a watch - a dial watch. The report also said that a lot of teens don't even know how to read a dial watch because they grew up using digital. I don't like digital. I prefer what they call analog.
What about you? Do you wear a watch? Do you prefer digital or analog?

I wear a watch. If I leave it at home or is in the shop for repair, I feel naked without it. A few years back mine had to go to the shop. I wore a thick rubber band at work. People thought I was a nut when I would look at my rubber band to check the time. My watch required a new battery and the jeweler had to send it to the manufacturer to have it replaced. Sometimes I think I would have been better off to buy a cheap Timex watch.

Well I am definitely over 25 and I don't wear one. I haven't worn a watch in years. But I do rely on analog clocks. I don't like digital either. But you are right most kids grew up with digital clock radios and don't even know how to read a clock properly.

No I stopped wearing a watch many years ago and not because I rely on a cell phone or anything else. Everytime I would wear one it would either stop working or I would burst the crystal within a few months. It got to expensive to repair or replace them. I either ask what time it is or look at the clock in the car. I am way over 25. LOL

I guess I am one of those people, and I am not under 25! I haven't worn a watch since my last one fell apart. I usually use my cellphone to tell the time or when I am home, I use my computer... I know I should start wearing watches more often, because I don't always remember to bring my cellphone!

I haven't wore a watch in over 25 years! For some reason I cannot wear a wrist watch. They only last a month or two, and then they are drained. Replacing batteries only gives it another month, so I find that constantly replacing the batteries is too expensive. I would rather ask someone for the time. But today it is easy to find the time by just being observant because most everyone carries some form of "time" on them, whether it is a watch, cell phone, or maybe even one of those cool necklaces. I don't ever carry the time with me as I don't have any of the above. Besides, asking someone for the time is a great way to find a new friend. :-)

I am over 25. I have not worn a watch since I was in the Army at 19 though. I do use my cell phone as a watch. I figure since I carry my phone with my anyways, why not use it. I prefer analog if I do wear a watch though. I don't think I have even owned a watch for 10 years now.

People under 25 do not wear watches anymore? As much as I'd like to say this is totally false, I can not, it is true, fewer people are wearing watches. As for me, I have a cell phone yes, but I also wear a Nixon Watch. It is digital, and cost a lot of money. I just feel comfortable wearing a watch.

I'm under 25 and I wear a watch. So does my husband. I hate not wearing mine. I wear an analog watch. My husband wears a digital one. We're 24 and 22.
I guess as far as telling time goes, though, I must say, most of the time I look at a digital clock. Mostly because usually I either check the alarm clock, the computer monitor, the oven or the microwave. Every clock that we've bought specifically for the purpose of having a clock (besides before mentioned alarm clocks) is a dial one, though. I think they look nicer.
