sucide on this website, but if it helps for them to vent and get the needed attention that they need then this is a valuable service. Its just scary I feel so helpless. Does anyone else feel helpless about things they can't control?

It is crazy and it is scary and it is something that gives me weird vibes, but I have to not worry about that which I can't control, and remembering that is what keeps me sane about it. The most I can do is to say a prayer for them and to give any advice I can when I can, so that's all I do, and that's all i worry about doing.

Don't feel hopeless. There are things you can do and may turn things around for the the person that posted the discussion on MyLot. Kind words do help! Offering a listening ear is another good option.
