how often do you brush your teeth???

hi everyone, just want to ask how often do you brush your teeth???

i always brush my teeth everyday but only twice a day coz too much calcuim from toothpaste is bad if you want to brush your teeth 5 times a day use salt coz it also good for cleaning teeth

I brush my teeth about 2 or 3 times a day..In the morning and lunch and sometimes at night before bed...

the requirement is to brush your teeth 3 times daily. before breakfast, after breakfast, and when you go to sleep. or at least 2 times a day. i do it 2 times when i go out in the afternoons and if im at home all day, 3 times a day.

Usually 3x a day. More often if I eat something sticky like peanut butter.

Add me to the twice-a-day list. :-) When I'm working from home, I'll brush after lunch, too but usually it's twice a day. Great topic.

I brush my teeth twice daily. First, i brush my teeth when i wake up early in the morning. And next i brush my teeth in the evening around 6:00 PM.
