what is your main motive when you first sign up for mylot?

is it for get into the discussion and give constructive replies, or simply just to earn money? for me, at first my aim is to earn money, but as i start to surf around this site, i found that there's a lot of interesting discussion to talk about. and now i use mylot to give my purest opinions. how bout yours?

its more important to me just to have fun to get payed for it is a bonus

I need a handicapped lift chair desperately and no insurance will cover it. Since I cannot work outside the home I joined mylot to help me raise money to save for it. On my discussion list I have a post needing people to answer to help me raise the money. Thanks for letting me share my input.
