what kind of milk do you like 2%, skim, whole? i like chocolate the best and 2% for when i have to have "normal" milk. what about you?

I love milk...drink it all the time. I used to drink whole milk, but have switched to 2%. I can't tell the difference anymore...and its definately less in fat.

My daughters Dr. suggested it, healthier, less fat. So, instead of buying whole, and 2% I just switched all together. As much as I drink, I did lose alitte weight after switching.

i suppose that is a good reason to switch. both the less fat and only having to buy one kind.

well i can't really drink milk yea ... or should i say i am senstive to milk , when i drink it in the morning , i will get a stomach ache but i do love soya bean milk yea lol
