india has more than 1 billion population

i personally feel very bad when i think about that. but i guess we got gold in hockey in Olympics in past right ..? there are lots of factor invlove why we don't able to do well in Olympics. 1. we are kind of atmoshphere which doen't make much strong and healthy person. in porder to be a cahmpion in Olympics you have to be very strong and very well healthy. this is not that we are not only getting anything from Olympics. this also true for Pakistan, Srilanka etc of all lower Asian coutnry. 2. we surely have lack of infrastructure in the kind of game we find in Olympics. i guess the main problem is we don't have any mechnism where we hunt for new talent. people have not enough money to support their sports activities. they don't get proper and timely govt help too. 3. moreover we have politics at all level of gaming system, which again always got against indian game and play. we don't have lack of skill player, we are not able to organise the player we have, we don't able to produce the new player. i hope in near future we will able to rectify us. This time India did good in Asian games .. right ..?

well let me ask u a ques ganesh.... did u ever thot of taking sports as ur bread nd butter....or even thot...wud your family had allowed ur opinion tats where da problem lies....inplace of blaming govn(they do cauz probs) we must analyze our surrounding... untill nd unless a sporting culture beems in India such scene will be regular

This can't be achieved in a short span of time. First we must identify the suitable young kids and should give lot of training. The most important one is they must be engaged only with this. They should not be involved with anything other. Today most of the good talented sports persons were involved with some other income sources due to their financial situation, so they are not able to concentrate in their sport activities. So the government should take necessary steps to identify talented kids and sponser them atleast now to get gold medal in future.

YA it is the bad thing which shd have been there but i think so the people in india are lazy they dont practice and think so they are capable and they can beat everybody and win the gold medal that they are over confident.

i feel inida has lot of potential but is not chanelised properly. people who have money can only participate and have good coaches. u know the fees is too high. i sincierly feel government should go to colleges, schools in diffrent cities and educate people to participate in games and tell them how they can reach the nationals and represent india. i feel this because i use to play shuttle badminton for my college my partner she was a very good player and use to play till college funded as she was poor. after college she did not have money to give the coach and thus left playing. i feel there r thousands of such students who get lost in the dark. indians r very talented.
