Ebay

Well... i always make sure I pay either by paypal or paise pay(since im in India) Its the safest way to buy. I have no idea what the process is when Ebay when you send money orders but you could try logging a case and see what happens. This can be helpful if you have all the documentation as well as the correspondance with the other party. I had a problem once wherein I paid for an item but it never turned up but ebay has helped settle it when I filed a claim. So i will be getting my money back.
