is it necessary for mnc's to recruit freshers and put them in bench for months?

hi everyone, freshers n india r getting recruited in bulk for top mncs and they are not given for so many months.because of this a fresher who comes out of college get bugged up and irritated.sitting idle for months,makes them lose interest in theirjobs and their confidence becomes really low.it happens in every mnc.please write in ur view regarding this...

hey y should they rag us???? are we the scapegoats????jus for them to show accounts to some stupid tax ppl they recruit us...damn them

ya this is right. MNC first recurit fresher and paying less and also long working hours. a fresher who comes out of college get job in call centers , BPo etc. but when he is working there he gets lots of tensen from night shifts and long working hours. at last he he drops the job and loses their confidence, so this situation is very bad for india.
