I'm looking for info on getting paid to read email programs. (ptr's??)

I saw a discussion on ptr's and looked at a couple websites to see what they were about. Should I open a separate e-mail account if I want to try this??? Do I actually have to read every e-mail, or just click them to open them??? How many do you get from each site daily???
