Threadmill or outdoor jogging?

Which one do you prefer? Do you jogging or running on the threadmill in the gym (or in your house) or do you jogs outdoor? As for me, I prefer jogging outdoor because it is more adventure and peace!

Absolutely right! In the meantime you can enjoy the beautiful nature. A threadmill is so.... artificial?

for me it is threadmill. it challenges me with the digital figures!

for me it's outdoor jogging because you can also smell fresh air and that's good.
