Not approve or accept as a friend

I also don't deny a request to make me a friend. In fact it is an honor to have such request because people see something in you that made them send such request. I also believe that its rude to deny a request.

i will not denied anyone who want to be my friends, joint mylot is to make friend for me. so why denied someone.

i have never denied a friend. but recently, i have been thinking of being more critical and choosy when accepting a friend. i have decided not to ask for friendship anymore and go through the profiles minutely before accepting as a friend. the reson being, my friends' list is getting crowded and i cannot answer their discussions and i really want to respond to my friends'. here i must make something very clear, denying is not a bad thing. it's just that his/her profile doesn't suit me fine or may be i am not fit for him/ her. so, i think skimming thriough the requests is what i will do in future. this will ensure that i can do justice to FRIENDS feature in myLot. thank you santwana. keep sharing

Untill now i don't denied to any request.But i believe i will start delete some of them.The reason is i try to respons to any discussion they start and support them but i the end i don't see even one small help from them.

I never reject everyone that request to be my friend, i do not have reason for doing that.

I do deny some requests, I don't think it's mean thing to do, sometimes I get 2 or 3 requests every day and i can't accept them all, i want to maintain a smaller list of friends so i can really check on their discussions not just have them there. I usually deny people who request to be my friends but has never posted to any of my discussions, I guess they should have looked on my profile and I they thought I can be a good friend they should liked my discussions.. so why they never post? any decent friend who post at my discussions a good response and has a good profile with quality discussions I accept and add to my list.

I haven't denied no one until now. As for myself, I have asked only once, a lady with the same interests, and she approved it. It's good to have many friends but now I'm not able anymore to answer to all their discussions. I haven't time enough to spend there, I can make only 10 - 20 responses a day.

Well I did accept everyone as a friend when they applied now I don't. The reason? I had several that wanted to be a friend just so they could get me to post to their threads but they never posted to mine. Most of the time what they did have for discussions were one line questions designed to get yes/no type answers. So now I'm a bit pickier mostly because I do respond to friends discussions if they are posting something that I would want to answer. So I look at what they have posted or responded to so I have an idea. It's not personal to deny a friendship, realize that not everyone has the same tastes and if you are asking people who you haven't really done any interaction with, IE posting in their threads or they posted in yours, why would you ask?

I till now accepted all the friends,first of all i got one request but i had sent nearly 100 requests to all the people in mylot.
