what do you prefer to have !! junk food or what????

Well fern's i dont like to take junk food but there are many condition that makes me to take the junk food . firstly i won't be at home !!! secondly i wont get time to be in time at home !!!! and many more so i haveto take junk food!! What do you do ????

i like the junk food but hot food fills u up faster and is better for ur health
