Chatting is good because you can make a lot of good friends and you can talk with them face to face.

It has advantages and the other side too...one thing is we can make new friends and increase our contacts ....and can help each one very well but the disadvantage is without seeing him live we talk so many things which may be sometimes dangerous ...because we cant trust people simply through chatting and cant really trust them because there are some people who do for finding their contact details and doing all crap things....its really pathetic.

i think chatting is good if u do good chatting . by chatting u get to know the different cultures, various languages and many more things. u can even try to examine the mentality of people while they chat.
