There's no telling. But if look back at history, we see holy wars, in the name of religion, crusades, inquisition and even today we have holy wars in the name of their gods. Although I believe this is more the acts of religious fanatics and extremists who don't really understand the true teachings of their religion. I have yet to see a religion that advocates war and killings. I also see people who find their lives in their churches, lives changed for the better and had a new sense of hopes. So religion in the real sense of the word is good and pure. It is an attempt of men to be reunited with his creator but unfortunately, the bad side is what we are seeing today. If this kind of religion is what we are going to see, this world will not likely be a better place, maybe even get worse by the day. The same is true without religion. Many wars have been fought in the name of democracy and politics. Criminals who don't believe in any religion, no belief in a merciful God. So the world without organized religion is no better than the world with them. But since this is hypothetical, there is no telling.

i think that the world would have been more peaceful.
there would not have been any divisions on the name of religion.
people would have been governed by the single entity and they would have been friends for ever.
they might not hve been fighting on the name of religion.
many of the riots that happened due to religion must have been avoided.
so i think that a single religion would have made us more united .
