Its damn pressure. He is not able to cope up with the surmounting presure upon him. He is not getting enuf support from his team mates. He is not commanding captain, so most of them are complacent to his orders. So we can say that he is no where near to ganguly in terms of captaincy.

Sorry my friend i have the stats of Sourav Ganguly both as a captain and as a team player.... It shows he has scored more centuries than anybody in the team including Sachin while he was the captain... his average was by far the best when he was the captain... please check the stats before commenting.... I agree with u in case of Sachin and Azhar... though Azhar was also involved in betting and intentionally scored low runs betraying our nation....

I believe wall was wall because there was an invisible force shield in front of the wall.... the invisible shield i am talking about is the courage, faith, respect & confidence that Sourav Ganguly imparted in the team and in every member of the team.... Chappel can never beat Sourav the Tiger of Bengal.... without him we all can see what the team is... huh. the so called Mr.Dependable is getting crushed under pressure.... It is unfair to ask Dravid perform the task of a Tiger... Only Dada can do that...... so we know why the wall is looking so fragile..... Captaincy is not Dravid's job... and moreover he is not a captain he is just a "Yes Man" of Chappel.....

He is stil the wall . Every person have some ups and downs i their career may be dravid is going through his hard time . But dont forget he was leading scorrer in the SA tour there too he was consistant when all others have failed . The returm of ganguly will shurely help the team the experience of such a great batsman cannot be neglected . I think the bad perfomance of the team has some bad effects on Rahul so that may affect his confidance and concentration a will can change the game drastically give him a little time he will prove himself . May we wish good luck for the team.
