You just have to paste it into the body of the e-mail, make sure you have your settings set to allow HTML coding, or else all you'll see is.. well... the code.

I dont reckon there is a way to insert a code in an email i mean you can simply type
but if you are reffering to inserting a webpage, you can easily do that by attaching the html file or copying and pasting its content to the email

I think you might be talking about a signature line or possibly inserting the code as your email but the answers are different.
To insert html code into your email, your email provider would have to allow you to send html in emails. If they do, you should see an editing bar with the necessary icons to add the code.
Most email providers allow you to add a signature line to your outgoing emails, you will usually find this under email options. A signature line is usually only a few lines long but it is simple to set up & it gets attached to the bottom of your emails automatically every time & they usually aren't considered spam. :)
