What time of day do you study the Bible?

Can you tell me when is it a good time to study the Bible? How many times through the week do you study the word? and how many chapters do you try to cover? I start out reading the bible, but I just never seem to be consistent. My goals are to try to read more and pray more. Just don't seem to stay on track like I should.
