Super Easy Mexican Casserole 2 cans crescent rolls 1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup water onion diced cheddar or mexican cheese taco seasoning. Use cookie sheet, place cresent rolls wide ends together so that you have an 8 point star. Seal edges. Brown ground beef, drain, add diced onion, taco seasoning & water. Simmer until onion is tender. Use an ice cream scoop and place one scoop of mixture in the center of your star that you made. Top with cheese. Fold points of star over to seal the meat in so that it is now in the shape of a wreath. Bake for 25 or until golden brown. Serve with salsa . *very good, I just made this this past weekend and no leftover were left.*

This is what is known as Gorilla Bread: Ingredients: 2pkg (10 each) canned biscuits 1 stick butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 8oz cube cream cheese cinnamon-sugar mixture for sprinkling chopped pecans Melt the butter in a sauce pan and dissolve brown sugar, set aside. Cut the cream cheese into 20 even squares. Flatten each biscuit and coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Put square of cream cheese inside biscuit and roll into a ball. Coat a bundt pan with cooking spray, then put a layer of the crushed pecans on the bottom. Drizzle a little of the butter/brown sugar sauce on top of the nuts, and put 10 of the biscuits into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the outside of the biscuits with cinnamon sugar, and top with another layer of nuts and butter/brown sugar. Top with the remaining biscuits and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover with the remaining butter/brown sugar mixture and nuts. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. When done, flip upside down onto serving plate. These bad boys taste just like Cinnabons, they are sooooo good!

A friend of mine showed me how to use canned biscuits a long time ago to make fried cheese triangles. You use canned crescent rolls for this. When you spread out each different triangle, you tear on the perforated line. Then add shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese in the center, and roll it up. You then put them in hot oil that you have been heating while preparing the triangles. They cook pretty quickly. When they turn golden brown, you remove them and put them on a paper towel to drain. These are so easy to make and are absolutely addictive!!

I would like to share my favorite recipe with u just enjoy, Maple Cream Coffee Treat recipe 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/3 cup maple-flavored syrup 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup chopped pecans 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1/2 cup flaked coconut (optional) 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated flaky biscuits Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Spread mixture in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons butter in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture evenly on biscuit, and roll up jellyroll fashion. Place in prepared pan, seam side down, in two rows. Bake at 350 degrees F on lowest rack in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 3 minutes. Turn biscuits out onto a serving platter. Makes 20 pastries.

Quick donut "holes": Flatten each biscuit to about an inch, then cut into six sections. Drop each piece into hot oil and fry until golden. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, then roll in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar while still very warm. I also cut the biscuits into fourths and drop into boiling stews for quick and easy dumplings.

Hi. My recipie is kinda like Tamra2's. All you do is drop an uncooked biscuit in the oil..brown on one side, flip it over, and brown on the other side. Take them out and imediately cover in plain sugar. Relieves that sweet craving fast!
