why my nokia phone hang on so often

I got a new phone but there is some problems about that,when i use the phone some time it will hang by itself.i don't know why?anyone here please tell me.

My nokia phone is nice.I have never had this kind of problem, I think you can ask the Nokia service.most of time theyhave a very good service.don't worry.

Maybe you need to send your phone to their service apart. and ask them what's wrong about that.let them tell you the reason why that not works.

i had that too until i relized i was hunging him up by touching him too hard with my ears
