Who are SELFISH? PARENTS or CHILDREN?

What do you people think that either Parents are selfish or Children. We brought up in different culture and all parents treat their children according to cultre they live in and when children crossed 18 some parents put them on work and some children dont care about their parents and some are in equilibrium. What do you think?

I believe it depends on the individual being selfish. It doesn't have to be a parent or a child. That's a hard one. It really depends on how the child is brought up or how the parents treat them. If they use to getting their way and having whatever they want. I can see a child being selfish. I can see and adult (parent or not) being selfish if they were raised with whatever they wanted and never heard of no and can't have it. I believe if the person know the true meaning of being appreciative and working for what you get yes in that respect anyone can be selfish. That's a hard question for me to answer...But I can define it...
