how can i easily memorize?

When i was still in college i have difficulty in memorizing the words in my notes and books... When having a quiz, i got easily block out not remembering the right answers that i should be writing in my quiz paper... Are there any techniques?? I need it the future since i'll be taking up LAW...

when u said LAW,i am shocked that i am afraid of LAW too..it is so much to memorise, however,during my school time,i did have some ways to memorise thing.. for digits and figure.using something related pictures.incidents...and those chain story ...and those pronouncesation and cute sound to remember it, i believe for those term and name,should be the same, for place name,,ppl name,year happen..those can be explain by a story
