Importance of having Breakfast.

the most important thing is breakfast for supply our energy before lunch time. The best food for our breakfast is fruit. Our stomach can diggest that faster than other type of food. Fructose contain on fruit much fast tobe diggest than carbohidrat on bread or potatoes

Thanks for informations, because it's the first time I hear these things! I always do breakfast, I would suggest what I eat because I think it's a natural breakfast and gives you all what you need to begin the day! I drink a cup of milk and coffee. I eat some bread with fresh tomatoes on it, some salt and the most important thing, extravergin olive oil. It gives you energy, fresh tomatoes have inside a good anti-oxidant substance called lycopene, I cut and paste some info from wikipedia so all of you can understand: Lycopene (molecular formula: C40H56) is a bright red carotenoid pigment, a phytochemical found in tomatoes and other red fruits. Lycopene is the most common carotenoid in the human body and is one of the most potent carotenoid antioxidants. Its name is derived from the tomato's species classification, Solanum lycopersicum. Lycopene is the most powerful carotenoid quencher of singlet oxygen. Singlet oxygen from ultraviolet light is a primary cause of skin aging. There is evidence that frequent intake of such products is associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer (especially prostate cancer), diabetes, osteoporosis, and even male infertility. Lycopene may also be related to a reduced risk of oesophageal, colon, and mouth cancer. When I was young I used to pull them from refrigerator and eat them directly ;-). Milk is another important thing...it's a complete aliment. Olive oil is very antioxidant too and helps your body to wake up your belly :D, here are some good effects of it: imited and not conclusive scientific evidence suggests that eating about two tablespoons (23 grams) of olive oil daily may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease due to the monounsaturated fat in olive oil. To achieve this possible benefit, olive oil is to replace a similar amount of saturated fat and not increase the total number of calories you eat in a day. It contains polyphenol antioxidants, but only the extra virgin quality. I live in Italy so I know all these things...we have a really good feeding!
