is it a good move to make sachin vice captain who has been captain

i dont thing making sachin the vice captain a good move by indian selectors and management.they should not forget that sachin who himself threw the captaincy throne after disappointing performance of the team under his captaincy.This reappointment is basically made to keep ganguly away from being the future captain
