many people have a blog for writing, i want to set up my blog also, so where is the best place to set up my blog?and how to make money to blog?

I don't have a blog yet,I will set up very soon.as someone here said they make lots buck on blog.so why not have a blog for myself,that would be very nice.

make blog at nlogger.com or wordpress.com. they are free n provide great service
