Changes are inevitable

Life is one long series of lessons. We encounter difficulties and have to make decisions along the way, and our lives change slightly, together with our outlook, as we grow in spirit and mind. Friends can be divided into categories. Some come into your life for a short while, then go out of it again. Some come into your life for a longer time, then leave. Some come into your life and stay forever. Each one of these friends comes into your life for a purpose. Therefore, if a friend comes into your life, even if you're very close, then walks out of it again... this is meant to be. They have taught you the lesson they came to teach you, and move on. If, perchance, you meet them again, some years later, this is also meant to be, and is another lesson, that either one, or both of you has learned and grown in spirit and in mind, thus making them a different person. For instance, their priorities may have changed, they may have become more serious about life, when previously they were pranksters and always making fun of life. Several things can happen in just a few years. Time changes everything and everybody... this is my belief.
