No actually I am againast the street dogs running freely on street actually it can be dangerous for people sometimes as the dogs can attack for the food

I don't think that dogs should be running wild on the streets. Dogs are meant to be house pets, and should be on the street only when leashed and with their owners. Most cities actively catch stray dogs and take them to the humane society for shelter and, hopefully, adoption by a decent owner who will provide a good home.
