I don't understand why anyone would want to get that done. What's wrong with our bodies the way they are? I think it is a waste of money and a waste of time. I would never get that done.

Well, it seems you have no hobbies at all.. because if you argueing it with waste of time and money, it is worse argument you give. Because a lot of hobbies come under that category...

I get it done to please my boyfriend...
Or getting it done to cheer up my favourite team and show my support.

I like bodyart too.. Getting my body painted is always wonderful.
It is scintillating, titillating, and exciting... My BF does it for me so its always fun.

Oh. You are right, hobbies or interests of these kind are uncommon in some countries.
I think women or men in some coutires are moe influenced by the society and culture rather than interests.
