How do you deal with a 11 year old

My 11 year old is having problems with friends. How can I help with the problem. Sometimes it seems that all the kids are just being mean or is that just the way that 11 year old are. I have tryed to talk to the kids and their parents, which got me nowhere. Need help!!!!

U should move with the 11 yr old in friendly manner . that too in this modern world, if u talk with him with old traditions and all the thing will not work out . friendly manner will give u frutiful result
