What are some Popular Ebay Scams?

I am not sure of any scams but I do know that you should only buy from people that have really good ratings. I won't buy from someone unless they have a rating of at least 90% and only that low if they have thousands of sales. If they only have a few hundred sales I will only buy from them if their rating is around 95% or more. Also look at their reviews. If they look bad then don't buy from them. Never give your cc number to the person directly. I would never send them a person check either. I prefer to use paypal to pay. Most likely I won't buy from them unless they accept paypal. I do believe that there is an area in the EBAY site that tells you what to look out for in regards to scams. I did hear about a person that joined ebay and within hours was selling hundreds or so computers with starting bids that were crazy low. Somehow they found out that this person was trying to scam people. I don't know how they would have accomplished it but I guess they were trying anyway. I hope this helps a little bit! Good luck!
