how to curb or control ur anger??? does it affect decision making???

i think counting 1 to 100 can make a person calm but i hate it even more! once i start counting i seem to be getting more mad!

yes I believe it does and I also believe that if you dont get you anger in check that the day you find awomen you will lose her or tend to push her away due to the fact of the lack of commuication cause she wont know what will inferiate you so she will do her best but still be walking on egg shells . my advice take up a relaxing hobby to help keep that anger in check man
