Gibbs racist fiasco

Hello guys, what do u think should be done for Gibbs's racial comments against Pakistani players & fans. He has been awarded a 2 test ban by the ICC as of now, pending interrogation.
I think this is a good move by ICC to prevent the racist abuses which is getting to be a common place in sports. What measures can u think of to overcome it? DO u think the ban on Gibbs is enuf?

Though ICC has made a right decision is giving him a 2 match ban, I don't think that is still any where close to what ICC would have done to cricketers from the sub continent.

Its really great decision.Such players should be sacked from the team.From south africa, he should have never said like that.Anyway i welcome the move. I think such a ban should come for players who indulge in sledging also. So Andre Nel,Mcgrath,Kallis,Sreesanth all will serve ban.
