CVET Power Corp (Canada) Valid company or not?

I have invested money into a company called CVET Power Corp some 3 years ago, yet there is a virtual blank on information about this company. They appear very secretive and it is a struggle to find out how they have progressed with their unique technology (constant velocity electronic transmission). I cannot even find the company registration number, but thet do have a website - http://www.cvetpower.com/ and their address is given as CVET POWER CORP. 2003 1271 Denison Street, U56 Markham, Ontario, Canada L3R 4B5 (905) 470-2900 I tried to contact the Ontario tax office, but they don't accept e-mail, only phone calls. I am living in Thaialnd right now, so it proves to be difficult to find the information I want. I simply want to confirm that this is a valid company and it's activities are just as the website suggests. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this company? I would appreciate any help out there. Thanks James
