what is that one thing that will make you stay with your work?

i know that most of us tends to be bored with our job and right now i am. i'm thinking what will be the reason for me to stay in this job. is it the pay that really matters or the personal reward that we get in having a so called career?

There is not only one but three. One, will be good management, how they run the company and take care of people (also rewards included). Two, your officemates if they're fun to work with and have the good bonding that you don't have any hussles while working. And three, you should be satisfied with the wage you're receiving ...

The only things keeping me in my job are the pay and the holiday. The pay is pretty good considering I don't have to work all that hard, but I get 41 days holiday a year, and every other week I have 3 days off instead of 2. It means I can go on holiday (vacation) pretty much every month. I love travel and I'm sure if I moved to a different job they wouldn't be so flexible with the holiday.
So although I don't really enjoy what I do, I work on the premise that I work to live, not live to work!
