Cooking and me where like different poles. After getting married however we have been attracted to each other...as opposites attract. It is fun when you think it that way. Now I love it.

Growing up it seemed like my mother was always in the kitchen. Since she was the only person in the whole house that knew how to cook a decent meal. When I would come from school, she'd be in the kitchen cooking for everyone-she worked/cleaned/cooked and never complained or asked for help. Which bothered me-so, when I turned 16-and got my first job, since I didn't have to save or help pay anything-I started eating out lunch and dinner. When I moved out it became 3 meals, $45 a day. When my best friend moved in-she asked to pay her $315 a week and she would have 3 meals for me-so, I said okay. This was Sep-2005. Sep-2006 she wrote me a check for $10,120. She said, she spend $5000 on grocery shopping and by eating at home I saved $10,120. CRAZY uh? btw as of Oct 1st-I started cooking its relaxing and you spend time with those you love. More $$$ for the important things you need.

Very true...you spend less when you start cooking at home. Home cooked food is hygienic and at the day you definitely know that `good food is the best way to a man's heart'.
