im not getting through my country is not qualify to use papal, hiw can i get a card plz help...

If you cannot set things up then you need to call the payment processing company. IF there is no phone number for you to call, and your country is not listed, then the processing company doesn't rpovide services for people in your country. This matter is somethingyou need to take to the site that is giving you problems.
