Yes I can understand speak and write in english.I agree I make some mistakes, but can do with it for work purpose.Actually english has become internal language so one must know english.It has become need in todays time.

Yes, I can speak, read & write english fluently because that's what I was taught in school. Although, English wasn't the first language that was taught to me I speak very well American English. And I agree with someone that responded to this post earlier that English is an International language and to add to that I think everyone should learn it. =)
