swimming or bycicle?

if you had to choose between riding a bycicle for an hour or swimming for an hour what would be your choice? why? i would deffinitively choose swimming, i find it realxing and helps your muscles develop equally but bicicles might force fouy legs. do you agree?

i will choose swimming rather...i am not found of bycicles, i can not ride one, so swimming is rather safer for me

Swimming is said to be the best sport for the body in full, cycling is also great but i prefer swimming whenever there's a chance, the water gives great feelings of weightlessness and it is a great experience apart from the sporting factor.

For me I'll choose swimming like you because I like swimming very much and it also makes me calm but there are another reason also to choose swimming here in my country i can't ride a bycicle in the street like Europe so that there are no place to make this except in the beach countries and I'm livivng in the Capital.

Let's first consider the pros and cons:
Cons:
Swimming: get drowned, (solution: stay in swallow water, learn to swim in the process), need a pool to exercise.
Biking: bumped and get hurt, (solution: ride slowly within a park or stationary biking), mainly leg exercise, cause back pain.
Pros:
Swimming: overall muscle exercise, good for muscle and bone therapy.
Biking: any place.
Though I'm quite lazy to get to change and take shower afterwards but since biking will also bring much sweat that you would want to take a shower afterwards, I would definitely choose swimming if the two are equally conveniently available.

i think swimmming is better......but i would prefer bicycle coz i dont know swimming....[:)]

If you give me the two choices,I would say swimming because it is more relaxing and peacefull. It also give same benefit as bicycle activity,or even more!

Swimming is the best in my opinion as when you get drowned in water this practice may help.
