Outlook mail

Do you know Outlook mail, Microsoft outlook? did you ever use it? I do not realy like it, but I have to use this mail just becouse this is the only way I can send, for example, 300 mails at ones, as a privet mail. Is there someone knows to manage outlook mails, is there a way to see if anyone open his/her's mail?

i don't know why some people still use outlook while there are so many internet mails like yahoo, gmail etc.. and the other part i hate is sync'ing! almost all PDA's say that u can sync it with outlook and take a back up!
