how do you burn onto a disc

i want to know how to put a picture of a movie onto a disc that it as been burned onto.

the first thing you need a cd writer and nero. thats it then you are ready to burn anything.

i recomended using nero it's easy, after install run the nero burning program choose file you want to burn into your cd drag it then burn that file into cd.
